We carefully prepare all orders. Please allow 2 to 4 business days for order processing before shipment.

If you cannot select your country or region at checkout, please contact us and tell us your location. If we missed your shipping area in our system, we will send you a small gift as our sincere apology.

No address changes can be made once your order has been shipped. Please double-check your shipping address carefully before placing your order.

Customs duties and import taxes rarely apply for most destinations. Should such fees be required by your country or region, they will be the customer’s responsibility. If you are unsure whether import fees apply to your location, feel free to contact us. We are happy to check for you.
